Passionate about revitalizing communities, Hans has overseen iconic heritage building transformations across the GTA. His leadership spans the entire development process, from land acquisition to long-term management. Under his guidance, ATRIACON continues to redefine urban living. Hans holds an Honours B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in Quantitative Methods in Economics.

With over 30 years of experience, Hitesh Gajiwala leads ATRIACON’s engineering and construction initiatives. Managing large-scale residential and commercial developments, Hitesh’s expertise in structural engineering and compliance ensures that projects meet the highest standards. Specializing in advanced structural mechanics, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Marc Chiasson brings a decade of experience from some of Toronto’s most prestigious builds to his role at ATRIACON. Known for managing large-scale projects, Marc oversees the entire construction process, ensuring quality and timeliness. His background includes work on notable developments such as the TIFF Bell Lightbox and City of the Arts.

Ashley Austin is the backbone of ATRIACON’s site operations, providing vital logistical support to ensure projects run smoothly. With over a decade of experience, she manages documents, safety compliance, and site coordination, keeping everything on track and on time. Ashley’s attention to detail ensures that each phase of construction progresses without a hitch.
